Does setup/teardown count towards our coverage time?
No! The amount of time you book is the amount of time we will be actively serving you and your guests. We arrive for set up 90 minutes before coverage start. Setup/teardown time is not billed to our clients.
Can I view your backdrop selection?
Are unlimited prints really unlimited?
Unlimited prints means one print per person, per photo. However, guests can take as many photos as they like during the booth coverage and receive a print each time. If you would like a print from each session saved for you, inquire about adding on our guestbook option.
Yes! Our prints are completely customizable. We can match your event branding with your colors, fonts, graphics, and more. We can also accept template files that you purchase off of Etsy or similar websites. Our booth can create 4x6 inch prints or classic 2x6 inch strips.
Can I customize the print template?
Do I *have to* customize the print design?
Not necessarily! We get it - maybe you don’t need something super in-depth. We have some stock template options ready to go as well.
We do not re-use props between events, and props are not included in our standard packages. You can inquire about adding on a custom prop package, or provide your own props.
Does Afterglow provide props?
Do we get to see all the booth photos?
Yes! You will receive a link to an online gallery with all the booth captures within 24 hours after your event!
Afterglow Booth serves Austin, Texas and surrounding areas. Austin, Dripping Springs, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, and Buda are all considered part of our normal coverage area, and do not require travel fees. Afterglow Booth is available for events outside of Austin - make sure to mention your event location so we can accurately quote you for travel.
Where does Afterglow do events?
Can Afterglow set up outdoors?
- There is a 3-prong outlet within 30 feet.
- The booth is not in direct sunlight (must be under a tent, patio overhang, or in the shade of a building for daytime events).
- There is a level surface.
- There is no rain or excessive wind.
The booth has several electric components which need to be kept dry, so the rain plan for your event needs to accommodate for the booth being in an indoor location. Additionally, windy weather is dangerous for the booth + backdrop. The backdrop basically becomes a giant sail when it’s windy, and even the extra weights we bring won’t hold it down. It is at the discretion of the booth attendant to determine if the booth needs to be moved indoors due to weather. If the booth cannot be safely set up outdoors and there is no indoor accommodation available, booth coverage will end immediately with no refunds.
